  • 1 small mixing bowl
  • 1 baking tray

Ingredients

Butter

  • 4 tbs butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper

Bread

  • baguette, cut into small pieces diagonally

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
  • Mix all the ingredients with a fork.
    4 tbs butter, softened to room temperature, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs, pinch black pepper, pinch salt
  • Use a butter knife to spread the garlic butter onto sliced baguette pieces.
